Black Pepper Mustard Vinagerette

1/4 C white rice vinegar (or white vinegar)
1/2 C Olive oil
1/4 tsp of kosher salt (regular or sea salt will work)
3 Tbsp of Honey
2 Tbsp of Brown Mustard
1 Tbsp of black pepper
chopped up green onions (Optional) 

Mix all together, I microwaved it for 20 second to help it blend better.. 

Drizzled all over the chicken.. OMG TO DIE FOR.. lol

BBQ Spice Rub

2tbsp Brown sugar (I used Dark & Light 4tbs) you don't have to
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp ground black pepper..

mix it all up I coated boneless chicken and baked at 350 for 20 minutes uncovered
